I don’t recall knowing you like this

Blinding neon blurred that kiss

Ever after you left for stability

I’ve lost my grit for stupidity

All I can Think Of 

Is the night we were in Bali

First day, we fell in love

Dwell in the midst of mystery

All I can think of 

Is your dark leather gloves

That I took off 

When you invite me to the dance floor

I’m now seated at the table 

Looking through guys and girls

Imagining an alternative reality

Where we are under the banyan tree

All I can think of

That has never ever imagined

With you and with me

Light up that forever dream

All I can think of 

Is an alternative reality 

In that you are with me
